Twitter trolls are using the latest iOS bug to crash iPhones

iPhone Telugu bug will be fixed before iOS 11.3, assures Apple

The new update should be available for all the Apple devices including watchOS, tvOS, and macOS. Also, the bug caused problems of the same nature on watchOS, tvOS, and macOS platforms, prompting Apple to accelerate the deployment of the fixes across the board. This edition appears to be purely a bug fix for the Teluga character bug, which caused messaging apps and iOS to crash.

As apps try and fail to load the character, users can get trapped in an endless loop of crashes.

Unpatched devices running on iOS 11 crash when any application receives the character, The Verge reported.

According to Alphr, Apple has already found a fix and is now in the process of beta testing a software update to rectify the bug.

ESPN and FOX reportedly battling for Peyton Manning
Before last season, Fox reached out to Manning to see if he would be interested in going into the studio or being a game analyst. The previous Monday Night Football analyst, Jon Gruden, was reportedly ESPN's highest-paid employee at more than $6.5 million.

The bug reportedly affected iPhones, iPads, Macs and the Apple Watch, hence the firm's blanket release of software updates on Monday.

This is not the first time iPhone users are facing such an issue. "The ".6" at the end of the update string suggests that this is a "point update", or a minor, out-of-cycle release meant to fix bugs.

The iOS 11.3 will come with a new feature to show battery health and recommend if a battery needs to be serviced.

The bug annoyed many iPhone and iPad owners since their devices would freeze up and become unresponsive. It makes sense as Apple was forced to release a couple of other bug fixes in recent months. Once inside the General settings options, they should tap Software Update so the device could start downloading the latest update. The company said that the update resolved the memory corruption issue "through improved input validation".
